Our Classes

INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED JIU-JITSU

This class is ideal for students with prior jiu-jitsu experience who have a solid grasp of fundamental techniques and positions.

Each session includes:
A structured warm-up to enhance mobility and prepare for training
Technical instruction with detailed breakdowns of key movements
Targeted drills that reinforce technique and improve transitions

The final 30 minutes is reserved for live rolling, where students can apply techniques in a controlled, sparring environment. Participation is encouraged but optional—students may roll or observe as they see fit.

We alternate between Gi and No-Gi training to develop well-rounded skills in both styles.

Fundamentals

This class is perfect for students with little to no jiu-jitsu experience but is also beneficial for practitioners of all levels. The curriculum focuses on guiding students through fundamental positions and essential techniques, preparing them to safely engage in live rolling.

A typical class begins with a warm-up and drilling, followed by detailed instruction on a core jiu-jitsu technique. While there is no live rolling in this class, there may be light situational sparring to reinforce concepts. This is also an ideal class for older kids (ages 12 and up) and parents to train together. Yes, we're talking to you!

We practice in both Gi and No-Gi attire on alternating days.

Community Roll

Jiu-jitsu is more than just a sport—it’s a community. Our Friday Open Mat is a time for teammates, friends, and visitors from other affiliations to come together, share knowledge, and enjoy the art of rolling in a welcoming, ego-free environment.

This session is designed for all skill levels, whether you're here to get extra rounds in, refine your technique, or just connect with like-minded practitioners. We ask that everyone rolls with the mindset of learning, growth, and mutual respect.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed to help young students build confidence, discipline, and focus while having fun on the mats! Through structured lessons, interactive drills, and live practice, kids will develop coordination, problem-solving skills, and respect for themselves and others.

Combat Conditioning

Jiu-jitsu isn’t just about technique—it’s about conditioning the body and mind for the challenges on and off the mat. Our Combat Conditioning session is all about movement, endurance, and intensity. This class is designed for anyone looking to get a solid workout, sharpen their skills, and stay in peak shape.

High-paced rounds for cardio, endurance, and strength
Move at your own pace, or push to stay in fight shape.
